These terms govern your use of yandaloshop.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using this site

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item you receive.

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Where a comparison or "was" price is shown, it reflects a price at which the item has previously been offered.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product use

Use our products only for their intended purpose, as described on the product page and in any instructions included with them. Do not overload, modify, or misuse them, and keep them away from children unless the product is intended for children. You are responsible for using products safely and sensibly.

The content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase will be subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming.
