Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Micronesia and the Marshall Islands, or to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Free shipping on orders of $29.99 or more
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of being placed.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and holiday periods can add time.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email when you order, and a tracking number once your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email support@panonvalley.com and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect addresses
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, email support@panonvalley.com within 12 hours and we will try to correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost or significantly delayed orders
If your order has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full.
